School Ethos and Aims

  • Following the Gospel values we will teach pupils to respect and care for themselves each other and their environment.
  • We will promote within each child an awareness of God’s presence in our daily lives.
  • We will provide a happy, caring, stimulating environment.
  • We will deliver high quality and appropriate teaching that will enable each child to reach their full potential.
  • Teaching will meet individual need, providing high quality lessons with challenging adapted learning experiences both in and out of the classroom.

"Jesus forgave us and died for our sins so it is important for us to forgive others."

"I show respect by being kind to everyone." 


"Being respectful means you don't judge someone and follow the British Values."

What do our children say?


"Being safe means that I feel happy and comfortable. My house, school and church are some of my safe places. I'm happy here." 



"I keep safe by looking after myself all the time. I keep safe online by not talking to strangers. I keep safe in my body by being healthy."

"I showed determination by not giving up at my gymnastic club. I wanted to come 1st but I came 2nd. I tried really hard and on my next competition I got 1st place!"
